I had facial liposuction five years ago, and although they said it was swelling, I don't think I ever really saw any effect I was disappointed that I couldn't see any difference before and after. Still, I'm glad there were no side effects, but I don't think it was a good surgery. It feels like a lifting procedure would have been better instead.
