The consultation was kind. But the surgery result was... anyway, they listened well and explained everything in detail during the consultation. I wasn't satisfied with the result of the surgery, but because they took care of me sincerely, I didn't file a complaint. After that, I got a revision somewhere else and improved, but the scar that was left doesn't go away easily.
