The doctor is really honest. He told me that for weak neck wrinkles like this, the best thing is just to leave them alone, so I completely gave up my fixation on neck wrinkle surgery. The staff were kind too. To summarize the explanation: even if they make the neck wrinkle area come up somehow, the original wrinkle line may still have some discoloration left, so it can look like a scar and may even look uneven. He just told me to go back, so I didn't get a quote and I don't know the cost.
