When I mentioned my ptosis, they said it wouldn't really affect my life even if I didn't do anything about it, and they drew the line for me. They didn't feel especially warm, but I liked that they were honest. The director was very kind, but it felt like they were really emphasizing booking. I didn't get the surgery, but the facility was nice and they seemed to prefer a natural look.
