It was ages ago that I had it done. Partial incisional epicanthoplasty, no visible trace. Nobody knows I had double eyelid surgery, not even whether I have double eyelids at all. Naturalness seems top-tier. I was young, so I don't remember the consultation details. They seemed kind. If you want something that looks subtle, I recommend it.
