One side's Mongolian fold was more severe than the other side, so it needed to be opened more, and I had it opened more, but in the end it got too open and now I look like someone with only one big eye. They touched the nerve tissue too much, so even after several months the swelling is still really bad. What I regret in the consultation is that the doctor had no personal opinion. I said I wanted the height to be about this much, and when I pointed to a height that felt right to me, he just said okay and went into the operating room. I have no experience with surgery, and if it had come out this high, I would have wanted it lower.
