Amount spent: They said I could get an extra 200,000 won worth of procedures, so I signed up for a VIP membership. I charged 2 million won, and since the procedures I was getting were expensive, I charged 350,000 won over the 2 million won VIP pass. Manager consultation: Simple, in the style of "If you get this procedure, it's good for this and the price is this much." Number of visits: 4 visits so far Procedures received: mole removal, underarm laser hair removal, underarm toning, Potenza, Ulthera, thigh cellulite Botox, trapezius Botox, skin Botox, Aqua Peel, and square jaw Botox. I also got skin care twice. Pros 1. Some managers are kind 2. The doctor is kind Cons 1. They missed the procedures I was supposed to get and didn't even realize it. I was supposed to get square jaw Botox and toning, but they deducted the amount and left it out, so I had to get it the next time. 2. No expertise from the manager. 3. They say VIP gets priority reservations, but I don't really know. When I was trying to make a booking, they asked what times were available, and when those didn't work for me I asked if there was an earlier time. I left the chat unread for a moment, and they fixed the time without a single KakaoTalk message. Then on the phone they acted like it was obvious and never apologized. (Of course, this had never happened even once before.) 4. About the square jaw Botox I mentioned in #1, the manager said sorry for missing the toning and would give me the square jaw treatment as a service, but on the day of the reservation the staff at the counter tried to deduct it and got caught. Seems like the manager and staff aren't connected. 5. They left me sitting with a pack on my face for 30 minutes. I couldn't talk because my mouth was covered, and I had to listen to the customers leave and the staff chatting about getting off work, then I left with the staff ^^ No apology at all. 6. They block Kakao reviews. Everything except the good Naver reviews gets blocked. 7. If you don't make a reservation, visiting is insanely hard. Well.. I guess I have to go by community reviews. Everyone, even if they offer you freebies, don't sign up for a VIP pass. They apparently charge a fee when you get a refund. I'll just use up the remaining balance and never go back. It's so disgusting I'd rather go to Seoul.. They block Kakao reviews and suppress Naver reports. I don't usually get this petty, but I'm really disgusted and even after I said things nicely several times, they acted like they weren't listening. Please train your staff.
