I was quoted 88 for buried sutures and 99 for partial incision. It's been quite a while since the consultation, so it may have changed. At another plastic surgery clinic in this area, they barely looked and just recommended incision, but here they looked at my eyes in much more detail and said from the start that there was no need to go straight to incision. The director was also kind and nice, but I didn't end up having the surgery.
