Because this is a clinic that does a lot of procedures and surgeries, it has a factory-like feeling. I got a consultation for nose lifting and asked a lot of questions, and they explained things well. They asked right then and there whether I would get the procedure, and when I said I'd think about it, I could immediately feel their tone change haha. They were kind during the consultation though.
