An acquaintance had a very clean and good result here, so I went for a consultation. The director was kind and explained things in detail, but the consultation with the coordinator made it very obvious that they found me quite bothersome, which was very disappointing. Also, they estimated the surgery time to be long, so there was something a little worrying during the consultation.
