The director was kind and the consultation was good. I went because I saw a review I was hooked on in a cafe, and the facilities are a bit old compared with hospitals these days. The manager showed me lots of reviews while explaining things, and seemed like they were trying to understand how I felt. They were kind. The price was okay, but I wasn't that drawn to it, so I didn't decide to have the surgery. The staff are kind.
