A couple of years ago I was looking into eye correction surgery, and after hearing on a community that they were good, I got a consultation. They said my ptosis was severe and that I open my eyes using my forehead, and recommended incisional surgery for severe ptosis. There was no talk about the design, which was disappointing. The manager was kind, which was nice, but the consultation with the director was not satisfying for me.
