I was able to consult right at the scheduled time. After consulting with the director, I discussed the cost with the manager. They measured the length with a vernier caliper haha and told me it was 7.5 mm. I had not gone in thinking about what length would be optimal, but having a visible number made it clear, which I liked. They seemed to prefer a natural result, and they recommended upper epicanthoplasty and eye correction with incision. Other places only talked about incision, but here they said buried sutures were also possible.
