I had canthoplasty and double eyelid surgery with partial incision, and it was fine. Since they set my inline at 6 mm, people couldn’t even tell I had double eyelid surgery unless I said so. If you have protruding eyes like me and very little eye fat, and you want a natural double eyelid, I recommend getting a consultation here at least once
