I liked it because I strongly felt that they explained things very objectively. Since it’s a private clinic, there was a bit of a wait for the consultation, but that meant my consultation time was long too, so it was fine. I liked that they tried to reflect my opinion as much as possible. Rather than compromise, they designed it while really bringing out the feeling I wanted. They explained everything based only on what I said first, which I was very satisfied with. The staff and the director were all kind and guided me well, which I liked.
