Here, you can think of the consultation manager and the doctor as working 50/50. One consultation manager really carries the whole place and almost even comes into the treatment room. Still, since that manager has been there for a long time, if you keep going there it feels like the data accumulates. The doctor also works hard, so if you want to keep going to one place consistently, it's a good option.
