The doctor said my eyes were too difficult, so it couldn't be done here. It was a refusal, but I was okay with it because they told me honestly instead of beating around the bush. They comforted me because I looked tired. They didn't charge a consultation fee, and because it was a refusal, I couldn't get a quote. The staff were kind.
