I went to get a consultation for my mom's surgery, and the doctor was kind, so we could have a comfortable consultation. My mom said she wanted a forehead lift too, but they said there was no need for that yet and that a face lift alone would be enough, which surprised me. The consultation was detailed, so they told us what was needed and checked the skin very carefully. They also spoke honestly about what the results after surgery would be and what side effects could happen, which made me trust them even more. The doctor really stood out for professionalism. We're planning to visit other places too, but somehow I think my mom will end up having the surgery here too...
