I went for a consultation because of melasma and freckles on my face. I just had a bit of time, so it wasn't a professional consultation, and I couldn't even get to see the director.. which I didn't really want anyway.. hehe. A staff member there did the consultation, and they explained everything very kindly. They said that if I really wanted a proper consultation, it would be better to remove all my makeup, put my face into some kind of machine (the one you often see on TV??), and then check it accurately before consulting. I wanted to do that.. hehe. The cost was a bit high so I couldn't proceed with the procedure, but the staff were kind and I left without feeling bad.
