I had incision double eyelid surgery here, but the line has completely loosened and faded, so now I only have a faintly pinched crease. I'm looking into revision surgery. There was no sedation anesthesia, and they did the surgery right after local anesthesia. It's been about 6 years since the surgery, so I don't know how it is now, but lying still on that hard surface made the back of my head hurt so much.
