I had bilateral cheek dimple surgery here. I remember it was about 30 for one side and 50 for both sides, and my friend wanted corner-of-the-mouth dimples, but they said that kind of dimple was not possible. They said it would become like a wrinkle, I think. The surgery itself hardly hurt, but the final injection in the butt was the most painful.. The stitches were removed after a week, and at first the dimples showed even when I wasn't smiling, but after about 2 weeks the tissue filled in, and now it looks completely natural.
