The doctor changes every time. Sometimes they're kind, but once in a while there are people who leave you feeling bad. I don't complain because I think you get service worth the price, but still, when someone is doing procedures on a person's face, I think they should be a little more careful. It's easy to make reservations and you can get treated quickly without waiting, which is nice. As expected from a factory-style clinic, the manager and desk staff respond with a moderate amount of indifference rather than excessive friendliness, and since I hate fuss, that suits me. It probably isn't the right hospital for people who want warm, attentive service.
