My expectations for breast fat grafting were originally very low, so I'm satisfied enough with this result. After the second session, it looks like a full B cup. It's been almost a year since the second session, and seeing that it has been maintained, I guess it can stay this way... However, you should factor in the scar at the fat harvest site.
