About 10 years ago, I had the tip of my nose done with septal cartilage. I lived well without any side effects, but since it was septal cartilage and not an implant like silicone, over time it was visibly absorbed and became lower. Since I had chosen not to use an implant separately, I’ve been fairly satisfied overall lol
