The staff are extremely kind. The consultation manager is only kind at first, though. The director is kind but looks strict. The facility looks old. I heard Tien was a revision-specialist hospital introduced by the acquaintance of a younger sibling's colleague, and I trusted them and went ahead. The hospital wasn't flashy, which made me trust it even more. Even though it was late afternoon, they said surgery was still possible. I made an appointment for the next day and had my family members operated on one by one. The result was very disappointing: contracture, bending, a sunken nasal bridge, and the nose feeling like it was shrinking, with fine wrinkles appearing all over. They said they would do revision surgery, but I can't trust them anymore now... My older sister had her nose done as a first surgery, and for her eyes, the double eyelids she had buried 20 years ago were cut open, filler was placed above both sides of the forehead, under-eye fat repositioning, a mini lift from near the ears, and some kind of skin stem-cell injection? They said they made it themselves. Her lips and everything around them didn't turn out well, so after a while she had revision surgery. For the eyes and nose they said revision surgery, but for the under-eye area they firmly said it couldn't be done. My niece had her eyes, nose, lips and mouth corners all done as first surgery, and for the eyes she also had the corners widened in all directions and ptosis correction, but the assistant director who was introduced to us and performed the surgery resigned while she was still under treatment. My nephew's rhinitis got even worse. Now everything has to be fixed. I had nose revision surgery, first-time rhinitis surgery, eye corner surgery, lip filler, and stem-cell injections. They said they would use rib cartilage, but they didn't use it. Since revision surgery can't be done, all that's left is to deal with the problems.
