I regret the trip I made just to come in for a consultation after getting a discount text message. They clearly said on the phone that there was no consultation fee, but after the consultation they told me to pay, and when I said I had been informed over the phone that there was no fee, they turned around with a completely rude expression and walked off. The doctor's name I do not remember well, but they were kind. Still, compared with the 2 or 3 places I had already consulted, they were kind,, but I am not sure about their professional knowledge,, Anyway, if I had gotten surgery here, I think I would have needed a second revision for sure. The consultation director's rudeness played the biggest part.
