Honestly, since I only had a consultation, the director looked busy, so I asked them to explain the surgery details carefully only on the day of surgery. Of course, the manager answered kindly in place of the director, but since the director is the one actually performing the surgery, I was a little uneasy. There were no reviews, and this was just my experience from the consultation.
