Last year I had canthoplasty and lower canthoplasty too. I did it because the asymmetry of my eyes was really severe, but looking only at the result, nothing changed at all. For about a month or two at the time, the corners were opened, but my eyes were the kind that cannot be widened much, so they did not open much in the first place. But later they stuck back together, and then they just went back to how they were originally.
