I had internal nostril reduction, but I don’t think the method suits my nose I had already been turned down elsewhere because they said this method wasn’t right for me, but I still wanted it, so I went looking for a place that did the same method... I think I understand now why they say this surgery is suitable for people with a wide nasal base^^... Everyone was kind, but when they removed my nose hairs they were way too rough, and they scratched an area where I had recently had philtrum reduction surgery, leaving a straight scar
