My eyelids suddenly sank inward, so I was debating between filler and fat grafting. Since there was too little fat, I chose filler. It didn’t hurt, but the shape isn’t pretty. And my eyelids feel a bit heavy. On one side, maybe too much was put in, because when I close my eyes it looks protruded.
