I always clench my jaw, so I had jaw joint and jaw muscle pain and went to get square jaw botox. They explained that if the pain is from the muscles, I also need injections into the muscles on the side of the temples, so I got them and the effect was good! If I only got injections in the lower jaw, the upper muscles might tense up more and hurt even more, but because I got both areas injected, the jaw muscle pain improved a lot.
