I had buried double eyelid surgery and an epicanthoplasty, and because it was buried, after about 7 years it’s unavoidable that it loosened. From year 2 onward, nobody noticed. They did it beautifully. I later had a revision elsewhere because I was told the reoperation had to be done with an incision, but I was satisfied with the first surgery.
