I went for a consultation for nose surgery, and it was my first time having such a comfortable consultation with a doctor. The consultation was long, and they showed me photos of surgeries while explaining things, and the fact that I still remember it even though it was two years ago means it was really good. I gave 3 points because I haven't actually had the surgery!
