I think the director is quite honest! He didn’t force anything aggressively! In my case, he discouraged me from removing much because there wasn’t much to take out, but I wasn’t sure if he lacked confidence or if there really was nothing to remove... At other clinics I was told it would be possible, so that part was a bit confusing
