When I asked questions about things I didn’t understand during the consultation, most doctors would kindly explain them, but at this clinic the answers were delivered in a way that made me feel extremely uncomfortable. If I tried to ask just two or three questions, it was obvious from their face that they were annoyed. I thought, how could anyone ever feel safe asking questions here? The staff seemed no better, as if they were just like that doctor.
