I went there for hair removal in the summer, and even with a reservation there were a lot of people so the wait was long. It was kind of a factory-style place, but they seemed to use the latest equipment, and even after just one or two sessions there was definitely an effect. There were no side effects and the price was okay, but the staff weren't friendly and it was hard to make a reservation for the next treatment without feeling awkward.
