I originally came to consult about alar reduction, but the director said that if I did alar reduction, the tip of my nose would probably become too blunt, so he recommended that I might as well have nose surgery instead. At the time I wasn’t thinking about nose surgery, so after thinking about it, he suggested trying nose filler first to see what it feels like and then deciding, so I tried nose filler.
