Because of the director’s very enthusiastic SNS promotion, I ended up deciding to get a rhinoplasty while watching reels. I also learned about a closed, no-implant surgery because of this clinic. But it seems like there aren’t actually many noses that can be done closed. They didn’t take a CT, but said open surgery would probably be better. They seem to dislike Hi-CO procedures a lot lol.
