The staff were also extremely rude, and although I had booked a consultation for 10:40, I couldn't be seen until after 12:00. I think I'm the kind of person who would get angry after receiving a consultation after waiting that long, so I think doing things like that is a bit much. I think the director should be the one saying sorry for making people wait so long. It wasn't free either; I paid a 10,000-won consultation fee, so I don't think there was any reason for the customer to be treated poorly. I also felt bad because I had to listen to the uniquely tacky and uncultured loud chatter of some Chinese people before the consultation, and after experiencing this kind of humiliation, honestly, I was at a loss. The explanation itself was very detailed and thorough though. I think plastic surgery clinics are also a kind of service industry, and kindness should be the foundation. Kindness is the basics. They said the surgery would require silicone for the bridge, septal cartilage and ear cartilage for the tip, and also rhinoplasty for a bulbous nose. He really has a temper, and since there doesn't seem to be any honest consultation review up to now, I feel sorry about that. Maybe because of defamation issues? lol I'm honestly speechless lol This is a place to share information like this, so I don't think it's right for the clinic to tell people to take the post down. The fact that he himself said his tone might make people feel bad is proof that his attitude during the consultation was wrong. Then he should just speak in a way that doesn't make people feel bad lol This is about my first consultation in 2017. I wrote the cost based on the consultation I had in 2020. Then they changed their story and said they would need to add donated rib cartilage as the material. When I called and asked how much it would be if I added autologous rib cartilage, they said 7.5 million won plus 10% VAT, for a total of 8.25 million won. And when I asked whether it could be done under local anesthesia instead of general anesthesia, they said yes, and I remember them saying that doing it that way would cut the cost by about 1 million won.
