When I went for the consultation, they were incredibly kind, so I paid on the spot for hair removal and 20 sessions of underarm whitening. The whitening is all done now, and I kept going for over half a year!! I didn't really feel like the whitening had much effect. I'm not sure if the doctor was different every time, but someone different came in each time I had a procedure. Sometimes a man... sometimes a woman... I guess that's because it's factory-like. If you go in winter, the bed is warm and cozy, which feels nice... But there are several staff members guiding you, and their friendliness varies a lot depending on their condition. Sometimes they're extremely kind, but sometimes their tone is so bad it almost feels offensive;; Aside from that, it's good. The interior was fairly clean, and the system seems well organized. It's just average, average.
