I waited a little longer than my reservation time, had my eye photo taken before the consultation, and then waited before going in to see the doctor. The consultation with the doctor was just about simple lines and what I was aiming for, and it was really just a series of very basic questions. After that, I talked about the price with the manager, and I think they said it didn't matter whether I paid by card or cash. I don't think I'll proceed here. I think the consultation with the doctor is a really big part, but they didn't even draw out the line, and during the brief consultation, asking the person I assumed was the manager whether surgery was possible that same day was a pretty decisive part of why I made up my mind.
