I had surgery last year, and they kept providing aftercare consistently. The odor is gone and I am living very satisfied. However, I still have severe pigmentation, so I still can't wear sleeveless tops. But hey, as long as there is no odor, what more could I ask for? Also, I still sweat the same in the summer because of the heat.
