Since I had very little fat on my eyes, it still seems like it hasn't loosened, and my friend also got it done after seeing mine, and theirs still hasn't loosened either. But when I look around, because the director's style is to make things look natural, I do occasionally see cases where it loosens. I guess it's case by case. My friend had a lot of fat in the eyes, but theirs is still holding up well just like mine.. But as for the epicanthoplasty.. there was a slightly red hook at first, and now if you look closely, there's a hook-shaped scar that looks like a wrinkle..? That's left there. Still, mine turned out naturally enough that people don't know unless I say it? Men can't tell at all, and even women around me who had double-eyelid surgery usually can't tell either.
