I went without a reservation, but fortunately a consultation was available. The director and the doctor were both kind. The chief doctor even checked for physical peculiarities I hadn't seen anywhere else, which surprised me. I had a high level of trust in the surgery. However, the surgery cost was a bit high. I’ve put it on my list of surgeries to consider later.
