The consultation fee of 10,000 won felt wasted. I had an appointment and went, but the wait time was close to an hour, and it didn't seem like the staff were coordinating well with each other. They didn't even know what I had booked, and even though I had already paid in advance, they told me to pay again. It was frustrating. Since I was expecting the consultation content, I just let it go, but it was far lower in quality than a consultation in Gangnam without a consultation fee. It was an incredibly careless and bothered consultation time. The professionalism was not great either.
