They clearly distinguished which surgeries I should do and which I shouldn't. In other clinics, they said I absolutely had to get eye correction, but this doctor said that since it was pseudoptosis, double eyelid surgery alone would improve it. The doctor did speak to me rather casually, but he didn't say anything in a rude or unpleasant way. It wasn't like he handled the consultation carelessly, so that was fine. Since I said I wanted autologous costal cartilage for my nose, he told me that for the look I want, I don't need cartilage at all. He explained things while drawing on my photos and even marked out the crease a lot.
