It’s been about 7 years since I had thigh liposuction and also had the line down to the underside of the buttocks. The skin under my butt did lose some elasticity after the surgery, but the leg line is still maintained. Of course, maybe it’s because I didn’t gain much weight and I also lost 5 kg after the surgery and managed my weight well. But the loss of elasticity on the inner thighs seems unavoidable
