First of all, the manager was very kind and didn’t pressure me to book surgery that day. At other clinics they said I had to use ear cartilage, but here they said that if I had surgery for a deviated septum, they could take the straightened septum cartilage that was removed and use that. Since I didn’t want to use ear cartilage, I was satisfied with that part, and they also told me which codes for deviated septum and rhinitis would be covered by insurance, which was nice. But after seeing other people’s reviews about the premium surgery review reputation, there were a few bad ones, so I’m postponing surgery..
