I said I didn't want the procedure today, but they said it was already prepared and couldn't be canceled, so they went ahead anyway and had me lie down, disinfected me, and started the procedure;; Also, when paying, if you want to pay the amount excluding VAT, you have to bring cash. They said, 'Just pay first, cancel it, and then go get the money for the procedure,' but once everything was done, they said they didn't have the authority, that they'd ask the director, and then the director said the same-day procedure discount couldn't be applied. If that was the case, they should have said it properly from the start. Why did they even bring up a refund later...? For now it's just the same day, so I can't know how it is until the swelling goes down, but the attitude of the manager before and after payment and the way they pushed ahead even when I said I wanted to change the reservation... I'm very worried.
