I went to several consultations while not knowing much, asking about things I had picked up here and there, and they were very kind. They answered my questions kindly and spoke very professionally. I think I even asked silly questions because it was my first eye surgery consultation, but they explained everything well and pointed out only the procedures I actually needed. Still, the style does not suit me, so I’m still a bit undecided.
